How does Fortuna work?
It’s simple: just fill out the eligibility screening and apply online on Fortuna's website. After you apply, Fortuna will follow up with you to collect proof of income for parents and provide proof of disability for your child.
This could be documentation that your doctor can fill out, or documentation you may already have, such as an IEP from your child's school. The state may also ask for additional documentation, depending on your specific situation.
Can I keep Highmark Wholecare for my health insurance?
Of course! Highmark Wholecare is one the insurance companies that participates in the PH-95 program.
