Healthfirst is teaming up with Fortuna Health to help you and your family renew your Medicaid, Child Health Plus, or Essential Plan coverage quickly and easily.
Healthfirst provides Fortuna as a free renewal assistance service to members. Fortuna helps Healthfirst members renew their health coverage or their family's coverage with New York State.

How does Fortuna work?
It’s simple: renew on your existing New York State account. Fortuna helps you calculate income, track notices and answer actions from the state.
