Can I do my pink packet instead?
Yes, you can always fill out your pink packet to renew your coverage.
I already sent in my pink packet, do I still need to do this?
You do not need to renew on COMPASS if you have already submitted your pink packet. Once your packet is submitted, the state has up to 30 days to process your application. If you have not received an update after 30 days, you may contact your County Assistance Office for assistance or more information.
I also have SNAP, Cash Assistance, or other benefits. Do I still need to renew?
We recommend checking with your caseworker. Sometimes your Medical Assistance may be renewed along with your other benefits if you renewed recently, but it's always good to double check. You can get an update on your case by calling 877-395-8930.
